Arizona Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program

Administered by the Arizona Department of Gaming (ADG) pursuant to Arizona law.

The Arizona Department of Gaming allows individuals to voluntarily ban themselves from participating in all legal sports wagering, fantasy sports, and casino gaming across the state.

1 Year Exclusion

Minimum mandatory period. Cannot be revoked early under any circumstances.

5 Year Exclusion

Extended exclusion period for long-term player protection.

10 Year Exclusion

Maximum self-exclusion tier available under ADG guidelines.
